“Nuit Blanche ,” a short film directed by Spy Films‘ Arev Manoukian. Set in a film noir Paris, the film captures a surprisingly violent moment of connection between two strangers attracted to each other with such magnetism that neither panes of glass nor speeding vehicles can keep them apart. (via)

All the waterfalls of Norrköping (For M)
I went out for a walk in my hometown (Norrköping, Sweden) earlier today and took some photos with a bad digital camera (not with my new Nikon D90). I’m gonna show you what I saw and hopefully you’ll also fall in love with this dramatic and beautiful town with all the old industrial buildings and waterfalls.
This is the waterfall by the old prision building. The park behind it looked so
much like Central Park and the autumn had coloured the trees in all colours.
Another waterfall on the other side of the little bridge.
The old prison building. I came to think of my own personal prisons in my life.
Structures of Norrköping.
All the industrial buildings from the 1700-1800’s are now cultural institutions
or educational head quarters and business offices.
More watersfalls by Bergsbron.
The academic houses of Linköping’s University looks like old gothic castles.
Standing on Kungsbron (bridge) you can see Museum of Work (the yellow
building with 7 corners, formed after the island under it) where I used to
work 2006-2008. I was a wonderful 7 story building – an old textile factory.
One of my favourite spots in my hometown.
Outside the City Museum.
Museum of Work has a lovely yellow colour that floats away in the water…
My favourite waterfall. I can stay here for hours. Just watching the water crash
before my eyes and listen to it’s loud and screaming sound. Poetic.
Waterfall in front of me. Waterfall behind me. Waterfall under me.
So wild and free. Just like me.
In the yellow building to the left, I took art lessons in school. Many memories.
The sound of all the powerful waterfalls makes you wanna scream and shout
and there are no way no one will hear you if you do.
Strange pipes and columns.
New and original architecture blend with the old buildings.
The concert hall – Louis De Geer.
Louis De Geer and the last waterfall I have to show you – for now…
So.. are you in love with Norrköping or what? Last picture is an old photo of Norrköping (1984 I think) when all the factories still where in use. This part of Norrköping is called Industrilandskapet (Industrial Landscape).

The Only Existing Film Footage Of Anne Frank
July 22, 1941. The girl next door is getting married. Anne Frank is leaning out of the window of her house in Amsterdam to get a good look at the bride and groom. It’s the only time Anne Frank has ever been captured on film.
The only existing film footage of Anne Frank has been uploaded to YouTube by the Anne Frank House. The Amsterdam museum is hoping to bring attention to Anne’s story and diaries and reach a new generation who may be unfamiliar with her story. (via)
